Who we are

Harbour Studios is a web design studio based in Poole, Dorset, UK. We build professional websites for small businesses. You can contact us at hello@harbourstudios.uk or on 07832 045 458.

What information we collect

We only collect information you provide directly to us through our contact form. This includes:

• Your first and last name
• Your email address
• Your business name (optional)
• The type of service you're interested in
• Your approximate budget (optional)
• Your message

We do not collect any data through tracking, advertising, or analytics tools. We do not use third-party cookies.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide solely to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver the project you've commissioned. We do not use your data for marketing, and we do not sell or share it with any third parties other than those strictly necessary to respond to you (see below).

How your data is stored and processed

When you submit our contact form, your details are:

• Stored in a private file on our hosting server (Railway, based in the EU), accessible only to us
• Sent to our business email address via Resend (an email delivery service). Resend processes data in accordance with GDPR. You can read their privacy policy at resend.com/legal/privacy-policy
• Sent to you as a confirmation email via the same service

We retain your submission data for up to 12 months, after which it is deleted. If you'd like your data deleted sooner, contact us and we'll remove it within 5 working days.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to processing of your data
• Lodge a complaint with the ICO (ico.org.uk) if you believe your rights have been breached
